Fabrication

Short Run 

Metalcraft Industries’ Short Run tooling produces hardened dies so you can depend on tolerances being met and variation from part to part to be minimized.  Our Short Run Tooling consistently saves our customers 60%-80% in tooling costs and reduces part costs of sheet metal fabrications.

Long Run 

Our Long Run Stamping punch press line is comprised of presses ranging from 27 tons to 400 tons and all are fully automated, allowing us to virtually run a “lights out” operation.  For high volume runs, Progressive Die tooling is unquestionably, the most cost-effective process.  It meets the strictest quality requirements while delivering the lowest cost per part of all the metal forming processes.
